I am a former fan publisher responsible for the 90s Doctor Who fanzines Apocrypha, Fowling Piece, Neutron Flow, and Rumours, as well as writing and editing a number of publications on topics such as Broadband, Content, Digital Inclusion and Innovation on behalf of various branches of Her Majesty’s Government.
